Mr. Nomula is succeeding Mr. Vinai Thummalapally, former President of MAM-A, who has been appointed as United States Ambassador to the country of Belize, effective September 15, 2009. Mr. Nomula arrives at MAM-A from his recent position of Chief Executive of Media & Entertainment Services at Moser Baer, where he provided strategic leadership for media mastering, authoring, replication and packaging services. His prior executive management positions have been with Technicolor / Thomson, providing leadership in the areas of global manufacturing, outsourcing and business growth strategies. Ram has extensive experience in organizing large pre-recorded optical disc manufacturing operations, and set up operations for Panasonic Disc Services Corporation, Technicolor Optical Media Services, Disc Manufacturing Inc. and Laser Video Inc. In addition to establishing & managing 'state of the art' manufacturing facilities, Ram successfully completed joint ventures with Kodak and Universal Music Services for Panasonic Disc Services Corporation.
