The PowerLite Home 10+ has the same features as the original Home 10, but by modifying optical mechanics, Epson has increased the projector's brightness by 200 ANSI lumens to 1,200 ANSI lumens for a more brilliant picture in all viewing environments. The contrast ratio has also been increased 700:1 to achieve a maximum 800:1, producing sharper, more colorful images that are optimized for movie viewing. The PowerLite Home 10+ features a 1.54x optical zoom lens that allows users to project an 80-inch image from only six feet away all the way up to a 300-inch image from 24.9 feet. With the remote control, the Home 10+ lets users choose between four specific projection modes that automatically adjust the display to match different room environments and source materials. No installation is required to setup the Home 10+ making it easy to connect with both analog and digital systems, such as a TV/HDTV tuner, DVD player, camcorder, PC, or video game console.
